Product DescriptionThe FM-200 Fire Suppression System is an engineered system utilizing a fixed nozzle agent distribution network. The FM200 fire suppression system is designed and installed in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 2001, "Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing Systems." When properly designed, the FM-200 suppression system will suppress surface burning fire in Class A, B, and C hazards.

TypesThere are three types of FM200 suppression system,they are pipe network type,cabinet type and hanging type.
1.Pipe network type
Pipe network type heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing device consists of bottle rack, fire extinguisher bottle, container valve, high pressure hose, liquid check valve, header, safety valve, distributed pipe, selector valve, pressure signal device, fire extinguishing agent conveying pipe, Nozzle, starter bottle, drive, starting pipe, starting gas check valve, etc.
It is an intelligent automatic fire extinguishing system. According to the requirements of different application places, it can be composed of unit independent system and combined distribution system. It adopts full flooding fire extinguishing method to achieve fire protection for single protection zone and multiple protection zone. It has advanced technology, high fire extinguishing efficiency and convenient maintenance. The system has three startup modes: automatic, manual and mechanical emergency operation.

2.Cabinet type
The cabinet fire extinguishing device is also called a pipeless network fire extinguishing system and a prefabricated fire extinguishing system, and is composed of a fire extinguishing agent storage bottle, a container valve, a drive, a high pressure hose, a pressure signal device, a nozzle, a cabinet body, and the like.
There is no need to install a fire extinguishing agent transfer pipe, and there is no need to set up a dedicated storage room. The device is placed in the protection zone, and when a fire occurs, the fire extinguishing agent is sprayed directly into the protection zone.
The fire extinguishing agent has no pipeline loss, and the fire extinguishing speed is faster and more efficient.
The device has two automatic and manual activation modes.
3.Hanging type
Hanging heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing device is divided into two types: electromagnetic type and fixed temperature type.
1. The fixed temperature suspension gas fire extinguishing device mainly relies on the fixed temperature glass ball on the valve to be thermally expanded during the fire to cause it to rupture and open the valve to discharge the fire extinguishing agent.
2: Solenoid valve type suspended gas fire extinguishing device is used together with fire alarm control system.
3: The fire extinguishing device is installed on the wall above or around the protection zone, which can not occupy the floor space of the protection zone. When the fire occurs, directly spray the fire extinguishing agent into the protection zone.
4: A type of fire extinguishing device that sprays fire extinguishing agent can be started automatically or manually during a fire. The spraying time is short and the fire is quick. Because there is no pipe network, construction and installation are simple, reducing engineering investment.
