Tunnel Dedicated Foam Water Spray Control Valve Group

 

The foam water spray valve group has many key technologies for the management and control of the foam mixture in the tunnel. It is installed in the tunnel close to the protection object, greatly reducing the response time of the system, and improving the efficiency of fire control and fire fighting.

 

Operating instructions:

(1) The valve group shall be installed in the main pipeline, and the upper and lower signal butterfly valves are connected by grooves. Pay attention to the installation and sealing, and there shall be no water seepage during the pressure test;

(2), connect the foam liquid inlet pipeline, use foam material to remove the pipeline and use stainless steel material, drain pipe and hose to draw water to drain ditch, as shown in figures 2 and 3, hose can also be used for drainage.

(3) After installation, keep the upper and lower signal butterfly valves in the normally open position, open the liquid inlet ball valve and close the drainage ball valve;

(4) During the operation of the valve group, start the deluge valve by automatically opening the

solenoid valve. If there is no power on site, manually open the ball valve.
