There are six types of liquid generators: PCY450G, PCY900G, PCY1350G and PCY1800G. They are installed in the liquid foam system for a long time, so they are called fixed liquid generators. PCY450 type and PCY900 type are connected in the liquid foam system only when they are used, so they are called moving liquid generators. The submerged generator is composed of body, mixer, diffusion tube, pipe tooth interface, pressure gauge, etc. The diffusion tube and the mixing tube of the fixed submerged generator are integral, and both ends are flange. A mobile liquid generator is connected with the diffuser through two pipe teeth interfaces, and the flange ends of the usual diffusion pipes are fixedly connected with the foam tank road. When used, the connection between the pipe ends of the outlet ends of the mixing pipes and the pipe teeth of the diffusion pipes are connected.
The inlet pressure range of the submerged generator is 0.6-1.0mpa, and the back pressure range is 0.035-0.25mpa. The mixed liquid volume is different under different inlet pressures. Therefore, the mixed liquid volume under the specific inlet pressure shall be calculated according to the following formula:
