Product Description

                       Pump Type Foam Proportionate Systeem For Fire Fighting
       The PHP series pump type foam proportionate unit mainly consists of foam storage tank, balance valve, foam pump, foam proportioner, control valves and control system. Foam concentrate was drew out by a pump from the tank and will flows through balance valve. Meanwhile, pressurized water also flows into proportioner and its pressure will be conveyed to balance valve by a branch pipe. Balance valve will adjust its opening degree according to the pressure and flow rate of water to reach dynamic equilibrium to guarantee an accurate mixing ratio. Foam storage tank can be feed  even when the device is under working, which prolongs the extinguishment time. There are three kinds of dynamics to drive the foam pump: electric motor, water turbine and diesel or combination of two of the dynamics.
The opening and closing of vales was controlled by control system (control box). The control system is a PLC control module supplied by SIEMENS with high reliability, security and convenience.
